While Adyficoo employs industry best practices and AI-assisted methodologies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic, we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings (e.g., "Number 1 on Google"). Search engine algorithms are proprietary, continually evolving, and entirely out of our control.

3. Client Responsibilities

To successfully deliver our services, clients are expected to:

• Provide timely access to website backends, CMS, analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Ensure that they have the legal right to use any branding, images, or content they provide to us for optimization.
• Respond to strategy approvals and communication in a timely manner. Delays in client feedback may affect campaign timelines.

4. Contracts and Cancellations

Adyficoo operates on a month-to-month basis without long-term lock-in contracts unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing. Clients may cancel their services at any time by providing a standard 30-day written notice to allow us to wrap up final reporting and handover assets.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Adyficoo and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. Any custom content, strategies, or optimizations executed on the client's website remain the property of the client upon full payment of services rendered.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Adyficoo, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our SEO services, whether such liability is under contract. Adyficoo shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
